Feria de Cali – Horse Parade – Colombia

http://www.calicolombia.net Over 3,000 Horses participated in Cali Cabalgata 2008. Tens of thousands of spectators lined the roadways along the Cali Parade Route. Most of the Horses were Show Horses. Cali Cabalgata is know for all the Beautiful Women riding Horses and watching from the street side.

There may be many reasons, including because they cannot afford housing, some are Mentally Handicapped and many are Drug Addicts.
